                                       Mommy and me yoga                       

 

 

Mommy and Me focuses on strengthening the emotional and physical bond between parent and child. Using interactive, slow-moving yoga postures the class is ideal for mommies and babies 6 weeks to crawling.

 

Classes also includes infant massage and various exercises that assist the development of your child's motor skills.

 

Classes help women regain strength and energy that may have been lost during pregnancy.

 

Mommy and Me Yoga will help carry you smoothly through the busy early months of caring for a new baby.

 

 

Frequent questions

 

When should I start Mommy and me yoga classes?

You can start any time after your baby is 6 weeks old.

 

I have never attend to a yoga class, can I do Mommy and me  yoga?

Yes, definitely you can. Our course is design to novice yoga students.

 

I have had complications during my labor and delivery, should I attend Mommy and me yoga classes?

You should talk to your physician first. Even thought we offer only gentle postures and starching exercises.

 

 

Pre-registration required; you can do it by phone, e-mail or online.
Space is limited.

 

 

 

        Schedule

 

Thursdays

9:00 AM to 9:45 AM

 

Wednesdays

10:30 AM to 11:15 AM

 

Pass cards expires 8 weeks after your purchased, unless there is a medical reason.

 

Please notify at least 5 hours in advance if you cannot attend.

 

Classes require 3 students minimum; we reserve the right to cancel a class.
