Belinda Enzor Natural Childbirth Educator since 1992 Certified Nutrition Counselor Certified Hypnotherapist, AIA Certified Herbalist Attachment Parenting Leader applicant After having less than the best experience when her first child was born, Belinda felt that there had to be a way to give mothers more control over the childbirth outcome. She started teaching natural childbirth after her first child was born and continues after the birth of her fourth. She felt in the beginning and continues to feel that by helping just one mother to find the tools and the strength to birth her own child, that it would also be giving that child the best possible start in life. She has degrees in Medical Technology, Psychology, and Education and continues to further her own education. But the most important things she has learned in life were learned because of her children. She also coordinates Heart of Georgia natural food buying club and in the process of organizing an Attachment Parenting Support group is in the works.
Dena Hobbs Certified yoga instructor Certified Prenatal yoga instructor
She has been a certified yoga instructor teaching in the Warner Robins area since 2006 and received a certification in prenatal yoga summer of 2008. As a mom of two small children as well as a yogi, she is excited to bring the healing and centering qualities of yoga to women as they prepare for the childbirth and transition through postpartum. The breathing and stretching techniques of yoga can bring a sense of peace, wellbeing, and connectedness to anyone (as well as relieving aches and pains), but are especially valuable as we connect to the new life within us and prepare to bring this gift into the world.
